Mortgage Leadership Program


The Mortgage Leadership program is designed to provide insight into the mortgage industry and it's history, gain leadership skills, and become an active member of the Oklahoma Mortgage Bankers Association. Our goal is to help you develop the depth of your knowledge, connect you with other like-minded entrepreneurial future leaders and broaden your horizons.

The 2019 Program runs from February 2019 to May 2019.  There will be an event each month to help you grow personally and professionally.  The class will be presented with an "industry problem" and they will develop a solution to be presented at the 2019 OMBA Conference in May.

The $600 investment covers:
  • Course materials and meetings
  • Day at the Capitol 
  • Industry Guest Speaker Presentation
  • Registration Fee for OMBA Annual Conference in May
  • One-night accommodations for the Conference
  • DISC Profile Analysis
  • One free career coaching session
Qualifications for the Program:
  • Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years experience in mortgage lending industry
  • Applicant must obtain a written recommendation from their Company President, CEO, Branch Manager or current/past member of the OMBA Board of Directors
  • Applicant must provide a short written statement describing why they want to be part of the Mortgage Leadership Program
  • Applicant must be able to attend the OMBA Annual Conference
